PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine capable of highly accurately detecting the pressure of a molten resin in metering. SOLUTION: The injection molding machine is equipped with a tie bar 37 for connecting a front plate 22 and a rear plate 28, and a ball screw mechanism 60 for moving a pusher plate 26 having a load cell 40, and they are supported by a linear guide 38 where the pusher plate 26 is laid down. Since the pusher plate 26 is guided by the linear guide 38 laid down not so as to be deflected when the pusher plate 26 is moved operating with a backward movement of a screw 24 and a load cell 40 detects the pressure of the molten resin, the load cell 40 can highly accurately detect the back pressure generated by the movement of the pusher plate 26.
