FUNCTIONALIZED POLYURETHANE RESIN, METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTIONTHEREOF, AND USE THEREOF

Disclosed is a functionalized polyurethane resin containing a binder comp onent (I), a hardener component (II) and, optionally, a formulation componen t (III). The binder component (I) consists essentially of urethane dispersio ns with defined structural components which, in turn, consist of special rea ction products. Such polyurethane resins are used for the production of fluo rine-modified polyurethane coatings and generally in construction or industr ial applications for the permanent oil-, water- and dirt-resistant coating o f mineral and non-mineral surfaces on the basis of, for example, hydraulical ly setting components.
