摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer set, a probe set, a method and a kit each for predicting alcoholysis ability and overnight drunkenness. <P>SOLUTION: The oligonucleotide primer set is provided, being intended for amplifying one or more target sequences selected from the group consisting of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 2(ALDH2), cytochrome P450 2E1(CYP2E1) and alcohol dehydrogenase 2 (ADH2) genes. The probe set is provided, being specifically hybridizable with one or more target sequences selected from the group consisting of the acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 2(ALDH2), cytochrome P450 2E1(CYP2E1) and alcohol dehydrogenase 2 (ADH2) genes. A microarray is provided, being such as to be immobilized with the probe set. The method for predicting the alcoholysis ability and the overnight drunkenness utilizing the probe set is also provided.
