<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly determine the number of operators who are made to stand-by following a second line. <P>SOLUTION: An operator state log 120b stores log information relating to a corresponding task performed by an operator belonging to a first line, and a statistical data totaling part 130b totals a processing time and transfer probability included in log information stored by the operator state log 120b, and stores them in operator statistical data 120c, and an operator state monitor part 130c updates the transfer probability list of the operator state data 120d based on the processing time and transfer probability, and a routing engine part 130e predicts the number of operators required in the future for a second line 12 based on the transfer probability list. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
