SOLUTION: A device 102 receives a request S101 from a device 901, and corresponding to the request S101, transmits information (WSDL) describing the interface of a data transmitting service. The device 102 receives a request S104 from a device 103, and transmits data through the data transmitting service, corresponding to the request S104 in accordance with the interface of the service from the device 103.
