摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem wherein it is difficult for a conventional ECU function inspection apparatus to inspect an ECU function in a mass production process since the number of prepared sensors is large, a scale of the inspection apparatus is large, and it is cumbersome to change an initial setup for each vehicle type. <P>SOLUTION: The ECU function inspection apparatus 1 outputs an inspection signal to an ECU 30, and inspects a response output from the ECU 30 for receiving the signal. The ECU function inspection apparatus 1 is provided with: an inspection processor 10 for inspecting the outputted inspection signal and the response output from the ECU 30; and a communication board 20 for communicating with the inspection processor 10 and the ECU 30. The communication board 20 is equipped with a plurality of communication ICs 240 supplied with power and communicating by use of a current through a single communication line. GND electrodes of the communication ICs 240 are insulated from GND wiring of the communication board 20. A GND potential of the communication ICs 240 is independent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
