PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch container having a spout enabling a person to drink contents easily when the content is directly drunk from the spout, which can efficiently be transported, stored and displayed. SOLUTION: This pouch container having the spout is constituted of a pouch 10 and the spout 20 which is fitted on the pouch 10. In this case, the pouch 10 consists of a pair of front and rear exterior sheets 11 and 12, and a gusset sheet 13 which forms a bottom gusset section by being folded inward from the lower sections of both exterior sheets 11 and 12. The peripheral edges on the internal surfaces of the exterior sheets 11 and 12 are heat-sealed to each other, and at the same time, the peripheral edge on the internal surface of the gusset sheet 13 is heat-sealed to the internal surfaces of the exterior sheets 11 and 12, and thus, the pouch container having the spout is formed into a bag shape. The exterior sheet 12 is divided into a first exterior sheet 12a of which the upper section is folded back downward and a second exterior sheet 12b superposed on the folded back section of the exterior sheet 12a. At the superposed section of both sheets, an excessive section 12A which can be extended in the vertical direction and a hanging section 12B having a hanging hole 12Ba are formed.
