PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a rear seat occupant's comfort especially during hot days while securing a large interior space for occupants, by efficiently cooling rear seats when an air conditioning unit is installed in an instrument panel. SOLUTION: The air conditioning unit 20 has a case 21 having an inlet port introducing air therein and outlet ports 57, 58 introducing air-conditioned air to a blowing port of the instrument panel. In an air passage S formed in the case 21, an evaporator 23 and a heater core 24 are arranged in this order from the upstream. An end part of a rear air conditioning duct 70 is connected between the evaporator 23 and the heater core 24 in the air passage S inside the case 21, cooling air before passing the heater core 24 is conducted to the rear seat from the rear air conditioning duct 70.
