PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure for a heat exchanger enabling both of prevention of generation of cavitation and reduction of cost, and an air conditioner using the same. SOLUTION: In the piping structure for the heat exchanger, a heater pipe 12a for flowing engine cooling water into a heater core 6 for heat-exchanging the engine cooling water and air and a heater pipe 12b flowing out the engine cooling water from the heater core 6 are connected to the heater core 6.
