PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce impact applied to an occupant with a simple and inexpensive structure, in a motorcycle wherein the lower end portion of a handlebar pipe provided on a steering handlebar is coupled to the upper end portion of a stem pipe rotatably fitted into a head pipe at the front end of a vehicle body frame. SOLUTION: A ratchet mechanism 25 allowing the handlebar pipe 22 to rotate is provided between the upper end portion of the stem pipe 20 and the lower end portion of the handlebar pipe 22.
