PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize one product in the electronic black board device which combines both the consideration to the security and the consideration to the convenience, since the commercial manufacture of the product which gives the separate consideration to the function of the security and the consideration to the function of the convenience makes the manufacturing cost, sales and inventory control rather complicated when attaining the function emphasizing the security and the function emphasizing the convenience in the electronic blackboard device. SOLUTION: The electronic blackbaord device comprises: write-in sheet; reading device which reads the written images written in this write-in sheet; internal memory which memorizes information read out by this reader; external connection terminal for outputting information recorded on this internal memory; and the external memory connected to this external connection terminal, when the external memory with the security key recorded is connected, the security means to control the output of the information recorded on the internal memory to the devices connected to the external connection terminal.
