The building has external wall (100) and roof arranged to form multi-shell structure. The multi-shell structure has inner shell (2) and outer shell (3) with air gap (4) formed in between them. Ambient air flows through the air gap upward (4b) or diagonally upward from the down side (90), and is discharged outdoors. Heat exchanger pipes (5), through which low-temperature heat distribution medium flows, are installed in the air gap. The heat exchanger pipes are arranged near the air gap entrance or in the air gap, and within the range of the external wall or roof that is not reached by the sun.
