FIELD: transport engineering; current collectors. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed carriage of current collector contains base with hinge-mounted posts on which current -collecting elements are mounted. Current-collecting inserts are intercoupled by flexible tie made of conducting material. Posts are provided with levers installed at angle of 90° to axis of post proper which form bellcrank. Levers are made adjustable in length and are interconnected by springs. Stops are installed on base at both sides of springs. Current-collecting elements contact current wire in service. Carriage of current collector is made so that posts form parallelograms by hinge joints, and current-collecting elements execute plane-parallel motion. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of carriage in service. ^ 3 cl, 6 dwg
