FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in boiler and process plants for cleaning gas flows from hard suspensions. Proposed ash collector has vertical housing whose upper part in made cylindrical, and lower part is made contraction-shaped, and it communicates with space of ash accumulator. Upper end face of housing is closed by plug through which gas outlet pipe passes. Ring channel is formed by wall of gas outlet pipe and inner surface of upper part of vertical housing. Gas duct is connected with smoke gas inlet branch pipe made tangential and opening into upper part of ring channel. Said smoke gas inlet branch pipe is divided into channels of equal cross section. At least, into two channels, whose inlet holes are mated with straight-line section of supply gas duct, and outlet holes are arranged at equal distances from each other over perimeter of ring channel. At least one ring bead is made on surface of plug pointed to ring channel. Edge of gas outlet pipe is made streamlined and bent to vertical housing. Gas flow bladed baffle is arranged before outlet hole of contraction part of housing. Inner surface of housing is lined with abrasion resistant material. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning of gas or air flows hard suspensions, reduced aerodynamic resistance of ash collector. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
