<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide three kinds of monoclonal antibodies detecting expression of human cancer antigenic proteins (C10orf3, C20orf42 and Lengsin). <P>SOLUTION: The three kinds of mouse monoclonal antibodies specifically reactive with a modified C10orf3 protein, a modified C20orf42 protein or a modified Lengsin protein, respectively are established by immunizing a mouse with urea-modified recombinant proteins. The human cancer antigenic proteins, especially the modified human cancer antigenic proteins can be detected by a testing agent consisting essentially of any of the monoclonal antibodies thereof. Thereby, the cancer antigenic proteins can be detected on a tissue level using an operatively extracted specimen or a past formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded specimen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
