<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system for confirming that another different video telephone is provided with a prevention countermeasure against the improper use of speech communication content. <P>SOLUTION: Since a terminal 5 can receive function information of another terminal from a device information disclosing web server 50 upon starting to communication with the other terminal, the terminal 5 can acquire a function provided in the other terminal before transmitting communication information to the other terminal. Since an operator can recognize an undesired function on the basis of the function information when the other terminal is provided with the undesired function, the operator can appropriately select information to transmit to the other terminal, the operator can consequently prevent the communication information to transmit from being undesiredly used by the other terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
