<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer for polymerase reaction, wherein the stabilizer improves the stability of a polymerase reaction composition and the reliability of the result of sequencing or polymerase chain reaction. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a stabilizer for polymerase reaction containing HSP 70 family protein in which ATPase domain is deleted as an active ingredient.
