<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a printed circuit board to the accurate position with respect to a pressing member for transfer even when the mounting position and the transfer position are deviated in the Y direction. <P>SOLUTION: Mounting units 3 to 6 are provided on one side and the other side in the Y direction of a base board 11. In these mounting units, the mounting position for mounting electronic components and the transfer position of the printed circuit are deviated in the Y direction. A transfer route forming member (conveyor 34) for each mounting unit supporting the printed circuit board 2 to be movable in the X direction is also provided. A substrate transfer apparatus 14 for moving the printed circuit board 2 in the transfer direction with a pawl member is also provided above a transfer route forming member located at the center in the Y direction of the base board 11. A table 32 is also provided by which the printed circuit board 2 can be moved between the mounting position and the transfer position by moving the transfer route forming member in the Y direction and the predetermined position in the Y direction of the printed circuit board is aligned with the pawl member position of the substrate transfer apparatus 14 for movement of the printed circuit board 2 to the transfer position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
