PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling circuit of a resonator for achieving the minute adjustment of a Q value and a resonance frequency of the resonator without making a manufacturing step complicated, by making the length of transmission path L variable between the resonator 1 and a coupling capacitor 2, while a conventional resonator has a problem of difficulty of the minute adjustment of resonance frequency. SOLUTION: In the coupling circuit, a length along the transmission direction of the transmission path which connects resonator 1 and the coupling capacitor 2 is made variable. As an example, a transmission path 3 for connecting the resonator 1 and an oscillator is formed of a plurality of transmission patterns 31a-31d which have been formed discretely of a plurality of gaps. Out of the plurality of gaps, the coupling capacitor 2 is mounted to a gap corresponding to a position where a desired frequency characteristic and a Q value are obtained, and a conductive element 4 for connecting the transmission patterns electrically is mounted to the other gap.
