PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antenna mounting device with a relatively simple arrangement without a welded portion. SOLUTION: A mounting tag 2 and an intermediate tag 3 are respectively provided with two flange portions (2b or 3b), and the total of four flange portions 2b, 3b, 3b, and 2b are arranged so as to be all overlapped. Penetrating holes 2d and 3d mutually overlapped with the four flange portions 2b, 3b, 3b, and 2b are formed, a screw 5 is penetrated to the four penetrating holes 2d, 3d, 3d, and 2d, and the four flange portions 2b, 3b, 3b, and 2b are connected, so that the mounting tag 2 and the intermediate tag 3 are joined.
