PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely regulate the amount of additive component in a dope when a film is formed by multilayer casting. SOLUTION: Dope flow channels 48-50 for a base layer, the outer layer on the side of a support and the outer layer on the side of air are provided to a dope manufacturing line 10. First-third additive charging devices 52-54 for charging additives 63, 68 and 69 are provided on the way of the respective flow channels 48-50. The amount of component of a raw material dope 35 before the additives are charged is measured on-line by a first near infrared spectral analyzer 110 to determine first-third amounts of corrected adding for charging the respective additives 63, 68 and 69. The amounts of components of dopes 43-45 for the respective layers prepared on the basis of the respective amounts of corrected adding are measured on-line by second-fourth near infrared spectral analyzers 112, 128 and 130. In a case that the amounts of components of the additives 63, 68 and 69 of the dopes 43-45 for the respective layers do not reach target values, the first-third amounts of corrected adding are corrected. When the film is formed by multilayer casting, the amount of additive components in the dopes 43-45 for the respective layers can be precisely regulated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
