<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for a sliding sunroof or a tilting/sliding sunroof. <P>SOLUTION: This frame comprises a frame base member 22 formed as an injection-molded plastic piece. The frame base member comprises at least one front frame piece 24 and two side slingers 26, 28 directed in the longitudinal direction of an automobile.
