<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an outbound operation and to sufficiently raise customer acquisition rate. <P>SOLUTION: An outbound operation support device extracts sets of outbound materials corresponding to the accepted operation contents from an operation content corresponding material DB and extracts themes and customer knowledge level values whose success rates of the outbound operation are more than a predetermined value (for example, more than 1%) preliminarily held by every outbound material from a recommended material corresponding theme/knowledge level value DB as effects corresponding to the outbound materials. Then, sets of customer IDs corresponding to each of the extracted theme and each of the extracted customer knowledge level value are extracted from a customer/theme corresponding knowledge level value DB, respectively, and pieces of customer information corresponding to each customer ID are extracted from a customer information DB, respectively.
