PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of packings attached to facing surfaces of split cases, capable of surely fitting protruding portions and recessed portions of the packings to each other and solving such a problem that split cases which are equipped with packings having protruding portions are erroneously coupled to each other or split cases which are equipped with packings having recessed portions are erroneously coupled to each other. SOLUTION: The respective packings attached to the facing surfaces of the split cases 1a, 1b have the same shape including the protruding portions 15 projecting from the facing surface and the recessed portions 16 recessed in the direction opposite to the protruding portions 15. All the protruding portions 15 of the packing attached to the first split case 1a and all the recessed portions 16 of the packing attached to the second split case 1b are fitted to each other, and all the recessed portions 16 of the packing attached to the first split case 1a and all the protruding portions 15 of the packing attached to the second split case 1b are fitted to each other, thereby sealing the interior of the split cases 1a, 1b.
