PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out securement of a gear ratio width and efficiency improvement (fuel consumption improvement) while preventing enlargement. SOLUTION: An output side disc 10 is composed of a single member, and an output gear 9b is directly formed on an outer circumference part of the output side disc. Small diameter both ends of such an output side disc 10 are rotatably supported by pure thrust ball bearings 23, 23 with respect to struts 20a, 20a fixed to an inner face of an actuator body 21. At least three radial needle bearings 29a, 29b, 29c are provided between an inner circumference face of the output side disc 10 and an outer circumference face of an input rotary shaft 1.
