PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb tension of an excessively tensed apron belt without reducing a winding angle of the apron belt onto a draft roller. SOLUTION: A tensor bar supporting device 100 is used for supporting a tensor bar 22 regulating the tension and position of the apron belt 21 on the side of the bottom of an apron drafting apparatus 1. A leaf spring 33 is installed between the tensor bar 22 and a tensor bar bracket 30 supporting the tensor bar 22 on a frame 8 of the apron drafting apparatus 1, and the tensor bar bracket 30 is especially divided and composed of a first piece 31 for supporting the tensor bar 22 and a second piece 32 fixed the frame 8.
