PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-liquid type clear coating composition capable of forming a cured coating film excellent in any of an abrasion-resistance property, an acid-resistance property, a contamination-proof resistance and a finishing appearance such as a coating surface flatness or the like. SOLUTION: The two-liquid type clear coating composition contains a hydroxyl group-containing acrylic resin (A) obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture containing an aromatic vinyl monomer and a monomer having a cyclohexyl ring and having a hydroxyl group value of 100-200 mg KOH/g and an average molecular weight of 5,000-10,000, a three-functional HMDI isocyanurate compound (B), and a polyester-polyol (C) obtained by esterification-reacting 3-6C diol and dicarboxylic acid having a cyclohexyl ring and having a hydroxyl group value of 250-350 mg KOH/g and an average molecular weight of 350-550.
