The device has a detecting unit, which consists of a housing (h) with pressure sensors, which detect contact pressure of the skin on an optical measuring head. A heating unit (b) is connected with the housing and the measuring head, and a temperature sensor (a) is connected with the measuring head. A near infra red light source (e) lies in optical contact to the skin that fits on the measuring head. The reflected light of a white light source is detected by a spectrometer (g), and the emitted infra red light of the source is detected by an infra red sensor (f).
