A different material receiving device using a metal exterior member is provided to improve airtightness and sealability of a bottle and the metal exterior member by machining a screw according to threads of the bottle by a sealing machine. A different material receiving device using a metal exterior member(30) is composed of the metal exterior member made by a basic process of an ROPP(Roll On Pilfer Proof) cap and different kinds of materials contained in the exterior member and fallen and mixed in a container in touching or opening the exterior member. The metal exterior member covers the whole of the receiving device. In using, different kinds of materials are fallen into the container and mixed by breaking a skirt in opening the metal exterior member.
