FIELD: construction of pipelines. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises bearing with a mandrel that has two interconnected bases, shafts interposed between the bases, drive connected with the driving shaft, means for supplying belt, welding equipment, and means for pressing adjacent turns of the belt. The bearing is made for permitting mandrel to be mounted and dismounted from the bearing and additionally provided with a cantilever. The mandrel is made for permitting it to be mounted and dismounted from the bearing. The bases of the mandrel are made for permitting mutual rotation and locking in a given position. The means for pressing of adjacent turns of the belt is made for permitting securing to the cantilever and additionally provided with the base provided with means for supplying the belt and means for setting the welding equipment.
