<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell enhancing durability by preventing peeling off between a fuel side electrode layer and a solid electrolyte layer, and to provide a fuel battery cell stack and fuel cell using the fuel battery cell. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel side electrode layer 3, the solid electrolyte layer 4, and an air side electrode layer 5 are laminated in order on an electrode supporting substrate 1, and an intermediate layer 7 made of a porous substance having lower porosity than the electrode supporting substrate 1 and the fuel side electrode layer 3 and containing Ni is formed between the electrode supporting substrate 1 and the fuel side electrode layer 3.
