摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor with high capacity and high credibility in which a coated layer is firmly created on the surface of a dielectric particle and the sintered product of a dielectric raw material powder having a high starting temperature for sintering is used as a dielectric layer, and also to provide the manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of: preparing a composite particle consisting of a dielectric particle 1 whose surface is adhered with a coating component having the size smaller than the dielectric particle 1 by mixing the dielectric particle 1 with rare earth elements and a coating component containing at least one element from Mg, Mn, W, Mo, V and Cr in a solvent and then drying; heating to melt instantaneously the above coating component constituting the composite particle; and cooling to solidify instantaneously the above molten coating component. The dielectric raw material powder, which comprises the dielectric particle 1 and the coating film 3 formed on the surface of the dielectric particle wherein the coating film 3 is an amorphous metal oxide containing at least one kind of element selected from Mg, Mn, W, Mo, V and Cr, is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
