<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting apparatus capable of suppressing color irregularity while decreasing a manufacturing cost, and to provide an illumination appliance. <P>SOLUTION: In a sealing portion 12, a dispersing portion 14 is disposed on the outside (non-color mixture region) of a color mixture region where lights (blue, red and green lights) emitted from an LED chip 10 and having different wavelengths are mixed. With this configuration, a range of color mixture is wider than in a case of not providing the dispersion portion 14 and color irregularity can be suppressed. Further, since the dispersion portion 14 is smaller than in a conventional case where a dispersion member is mixed in the entire sealing portion, a manufacturing cost can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
