<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film provided with an antireflection layer having high light translucency, a high antistatic characteristic and high abrasion resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The optical film 1 comprises a light translucent base material 10, a hard coat layer 12 arranged via a first primer layer 11 on one main surface 10a of the light translucent base material 10, and an IR ray absorption layer 14 arranged via a second primer layer 13 on the other main surface 10b. Also, a low refractive index layer 15 is disposed on the hard coat layer 12. An antireflection layer is formed of the hard coat layer 12 and the low refractive index layer 15. The hard coat layer 12 is formed by using resins containing an ionization radiation curing type resin, and contains ≥5 to ≤30 wt.% electro-conductive metal oxide with respect to the total weight of the hard coat layer 12.
