<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering device capable of reducing various inconvenience caused by collision of a vehicle by a simple constitution by not forecasting the collision with an obstacle but operating a steering actuator based on the detection result of the collision with the obstacle to execute automatic steering. <P>SOLUTION: A control means detects existence of the collision, emits braking instruction for quickly braking the vehicle when it is determined that the collision exists, determines that the collision occurs at any one side, and controls the steering actuator so as to perform steering in an opposite direction to a side where the collision occurs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
