<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material and a construction method for water stopping wherein high water stopping properties can be maintained over a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The construction method for water stopping is used for stopping water flow from a port 2a of a pipeline 2 through which a multi-filamentary body 3 formed by gathering and bundling a plurality of single filamentary bodies 3a passes. In this method, first and second porous bodies 11a, 11b which are columnar bodies in which insertion holes 12 for inserting the filamentary body 3 therethrough are provided are pressed into the pipeline 2 so as to be separated from each other in the pipeline axial direction, and a hydrophilic polymerization curing liquid water stopping agent is filled into a space 17 between these porous bodies 11a, 11b until the liquid surface height becomes equal to or higher than those of gaps among the single filamentary bodies 3a, and this water stopping agent is made to be cured after being impregnated into the porous bodies 11a, 11b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
