SOLUTION: The locking bolt 82 inserted in an adjusting hole 79 is moved along with a movable plate 78 by the movement of the movable plate 78 and a second slide member 77 to which the locking bolt 82 is fixed is also moved along a first guide rail 75. At this time, since a rotary gear 86 is loosely threaded with the locking bolt 82 in a degree that the locking bolt 82 is made movable horizontally in the adjusting hole 79, the locking bolt 82 and the movable plate 78 are relatively moved within the range of the adjusting hole 79, when the movable plate 78 is stopped, a clamping nut 84 is rotated in the direction shown by an arrow R1 by the rotary gear 86 and the movable plate 78 and a second slide member 77 are clamped.
