<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting volume adjusting apparatus which can carry out individual light emitting volume adjustment for each light emitting lamp apparatus and which can suppress deterioration of product yield. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting lamp apparatus 2 and a light emitting volume tester 4 are installed inside a dark box 3 and connected to the light emitting volume adjusting apparatus 1. The light emitting volume adjusting apparatus 1 measures the light emitting volume by using a light emitting volume tester 4 by setting a specified light emitting time period and making the light emitting apparatus 2 emit light. Then, a guide number corresponding to the measured light emitted volume is read from a table to which a relationship between the guide number and the reference light emitting volume is stored in advance, and the guide number is stored to the light emitting lamp apparatus 2 by relating the guide number and the light emitting time period.
