PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber tube forming reinforcement cord layers by pressing a bundle of reinforcement cords while winding it, and capable of reducing crossing of the reinforcement cords. SOLUTION: The bundle 9 of the reinforcement cords 8 is constituted by arranging a plurality of reinforcement cords 8 with intervals in a width direction. The bundle 9 of the reinforcement cords 8 is axially reciprocated while winding around the axis. It is reciprocated a plurality of times while shifting it by a predetermined pitch in a circumferential direction per each reciprocation. The reinforcement cords 8 are arranged in the circumferential direction while being slanted with respect to the axis to compose the reinforcement cord layers 5, 6, 12. In a turn back part 10 of reciprocation, orientation of the bundle 9 is changed to a width direction, and it is turned back in the axial direction. The bundle 9 is turned back while maintaining the mutual intervals of the plurality of reinforcement cords 8. No crossing is generated by the turn back of the reinforcement cords 8.
