PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve accurate operation control according to eyesight assistance or enhancement in visual sensation capability of a user and external conditions (peripheral conditions, conditions of imaging objects, current date and time, and conditions or the like of current positions). SOLUTION: An imaging display apparatus is in a state in which a display means positioned in front of eyes is viewed by mounting an eyeglass or head part mounting type mounting unit by the user. The imaging display apparatus displays images imaged by an imaging means on a display means and can view taken images of a spectacle of a direction of being normally viewed by the user on the display means. The visual sensation capability of the user is assisted and enhanced by changing an aspect of the images reflected on the display means according to the external conditions.
