PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for film formation having good film characteristics such as dielectric constant, mechanical strength, and heat resistance, and to provide an insulation film using the composition and an electronic device having the insulation film. SOLUTION: The composition for film formation which contains diamond fine particles and a thermosetting material is provided.
