PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power seat sliding device preventing load applied to an upper rail from being applied to a gear box and eliminating effects in each meshing part of a screw member and output rotating member. SOLUTION: The power seat sliding device is provided with a feed nut member 24 fixed to either one of a lower rail 21 or the upper rail 22 and threadably engaged with the screw member 23; sliding nut members 43, 44 held by a first holding bracket 31 jointed to the other so as to enable only rotation and screwed to the screw member 23; and the gear box 51 mounted on the first holding bracket 31 and rotatably supporting the output rotating member 53 rotated and connected to the screw member 23.
