PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for a rainwater storage/permeating facility, which exerts good mechanical strength and can be produced quickly and at a low cost, and to provide the rainwater storage/permeating facility using the same. SOLUTION: In the structure 1, two side plate members 20 are arranged such that their plate surfaces are opposed to each other at an interval P20. A plurality of partition members 10 are flat as a whole, and arranged in a space (the interval P20) between the mutually opposed surfaces of the two side plate members 20, respectively, in one direction at intervals P10, such that both sides opposed to the plate surfaces of the respective side plate members 20 are directly connected to the respective side plate members 20 themselves so as to prevent separation from each other by tension. The structure 1 is combined with a water permeating/water shielding layer 70 to form the rainwater storage/permeating facility.
