PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher which can prevent an interference of an oscillating side wall and a rotary blade, keeps an opening part of the oscillating side wall wider than that of a conventional one, facilitate the cleaning of crushed pieces, shorten a cleaning time, and prevent a residence of crushed pieces. SOLUTION: When the oscillating side wall 3 is opened, the oscillating side wall 3 rotates around a shaft body 21 and a cutout surface 32 abuts against the upper side surface of a communicating plate 23. In the state that the cutout surface 32 abuts against the upper side surface of the communicating plate 23, further when the oscillating side wall 3 is opened, the oscillating side wall 3 communicates with the communicating plate 23 to rotate around a shaft body 22. That is, in the course of opening of the oscillating side wall 3, an oscillating shaft of the oscillating side wall 3 moves from the shaft body 21 to the shaft body 22. The oscillating side wall 3 rotates around the shaft body 22 arranged outside the shaft body 21, so that the oscillating side wall 3 is further opened apart from a rough crushing blade 4 and a crushing blade 6 and the opening part of the oscillating side wall 3 is made larger.
