PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine sprayer, in such constitution that a capsule puncture needle is hard to be exposed to the external of the sprayer. SOLUTION: The device comprises a main body part 2 having a capsule insertion hole 6, and a movable part 3 having the capsule puncture needle 9 that is movable into/out of the capsule insertion hole 6, which are relatively rotatably coupled to each other between a position where at least the capsule insertion hole 6 is exposed and a position where the capsule insertion hole 6 is hidden by the main body part 2. As the main body part 2 and the movable part 3 are at the position where the capsule insertion hole 6 is exposed, advance of the capsule puncture needle 9 is regulated by the main body part 2 (by a side wall 6e of a projection 6a).
