PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier capable of discharging a foreign matter or the like inside the carrier to the outside of the carrier by the reverse rotation of a belt when the predetermined time comes and preventing a fault due to the feed of the foreign matter. SOLUTION: The carrier is formed such that a token on the belt (53) is sent out from the front end of the belt (53) to a token feed port (10) when the belt (53) is normally rotated and is dropped from the rear end of the belt (53) and discharged to the outside when it is reversely rotated.
