<p>Disclosed is a tacrolimus sustained-release preparation which comprises a tacrolimus solid dispersion and at least a sustained-release base material (excluding a substance used for the formation of the solid dispersion) which is selected from the group consisting of a water-soluble polymer, a gum base material and a film-forming agent. The tacrolimus sustained-release preparation has an extremely excellent sustained-release property and shows a stable blood level.</p>
