One of the O-rings (27) is interposed between the cylindrical extension (16) of a plug (3) and the cylindrical interior (7) of a common rail (1). The inlet (2) of the common rail is sealed from the cylindrical interior. The other O-ring (21) combines with the plug to seal the cylindrical interior.
