A contact sensing apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a contacting object and an object, the contacting object generating and transmitting a special signal; the object receiving and identifying the special signal; wherein the contacting object and the object are independent objects without commonly grounded and are supplied by different powers supply, after the contacting object substantially contacts the object at least once time and maintains at least predetermined a period, the object responses it to display the event of the contacting object triggering the object. A contact sensing method is also provided.
