<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a comment by synchronizing with a scene of a content even if a comment becomes a long sentence, while being able to include a link to two or more scenes in one piece of text information. <P>SOLUTION: It has a text information accumulation part 12 which accumulates at least one or more pieces of text information to a text memory unit which includes the link to the scene of the content, and a comment area extracting part 13 which extracts a comment area corresponding to the link to a predetermined scene of the content from an accumulated text information based on a location of the link on the scene. Thereby, a comment area including links from text information to the scenes is extracted based on a location of the link on the scene, even if the comment becomes long sentence, while being able to include the link to two or more scenes in one text information.
